Cancellation Policy

  • General Conditions

    • Discover Travel Academy (hereinafter referred to as “DTA”) acknowledges that participants may, for various reasons, seek to cancel their enrollment in a course, mentorship program, or training event. To maintain fairness and consistency, the following cancellation terms shall apply.

  • Eligibility for Cancellation

    • Cancellations must be requested in writing by sending an email to contact@discovertravelacademy.com (or the official support channel).

    • A cancellation request is only considered valid once acknowledged in writing by DTA..

  • Timeframe for Cancellation

    • Requests submitted within 7 calendar days of enrollment are eligible for consideration, provided the course material has not been substantially accessed.

    • Cancellations submitted after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

  • DTA-Initiated Cancellations

    • DTA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course, workshop, or mentorship program due to insufficient enrollment, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.

    • In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered either a rescheduled date, credit towards a future course, or, if applicable, a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

    1. General Conditions

      • DTA follows a transparent and fair refund process to protect the interests of both the participant and the institution.

      • By enrolling in any DTA program, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the refund terms outlined herein.

    2. Eligibility for Refunds

      • Refunds are applicable only if:

        • The request is submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of enrollment.

      • Beyond these conditions, no refund requests will be entertained.

    3. Non-Refundable Components

      • Registration fees, administrative fees, and convenience charges are strictly non-refundable.

      • Promotional discounts or complimentary bonuses offered at the time of enrollment will not be reimbursed or carried forward.

    4. Refund Processing

      • Refunds, where approved, shall be processed to the original mode of payment only.

      • Refunds will be completed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.

      • Any delays beyond DTA’s control (such as bank processing times or third-party gateway delays) shall not be the responsibility of DTA.

    5. Exceptions

      • No refunds will be issued in cases of breach of the DTA Terms & Conditions, misconduct during sessions, or unauthorized use of DTA content.
