  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged additionally as per prevailing laws.

5. Refund and Cancellation

  • Fees paid for workshops, webinars, courses, mentorship programs, or digital products are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned in a specific offer.

  • If a program is cancelled by Discover Travel Academy, participants may be offered a rescheduled session, credit note, or refund at our discretion.

  • Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to our support email.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, presentations, documents, worksheets, graphics, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of Discover Travel Academy.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share course materials.

  • Record live sessions without written permission.

  • Upload our content to public or private platforms.

Unauthorized use may lead to termination of access and legal action.

7. User Conduct

Participants agree not to:

  • Share login credentials with others.

  • Use abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate language during sessions.

  • Engage in activities that disrupt classes, webinars, or community discussions.

  • Misrepresent themselves as trainers, partners, or representatives of DTA.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

8. Certification

Certificates, if offered, are issued based on the completion criteria defined for the respective program. DTA reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of misconduct or non-compliance.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Our programs are designed to provide knowledge, skills, guidance, and mentorship. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Employment

  • Business success

  • Income generation

  • Client acquisition

  • Travel agency approval or accreditation

Individual results depend on effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation.

11. Limitation of Liability
