These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services, courses, mentorship programs, and resources offered by Discover Travel Academy (DTA). By enrolling in or accessing any DTA service, you (“Participant” or “User”) agree to abide by the following:

      1. Eligibility

        • The minimum age for enrollment is 18 years.

        • Participants below 18 years may enroll only with documented consent from a parent or guardian.

      2. Enrollment and Fees

        • Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of fees.

        • All fees paid are non-transferable and, except where expressly stated, non-refundable.

      3. Intellectual Property Rights

        • All DTA course materials, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, guides, slides, and workshop recordings, are the exclusive intellectual property of DTA.

        • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, or resale of DTA materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

      4. Code of Conduct

        • Participants shall conduct themselves with respect and professionalism during live sessions, group discussions, and interactions with instructors or peers.

        • Any form of abusive language, harassment, or misconduct may result in immediate suspension without refund.

      5. Use of Services

        • Participants may access course material solely for personal and educational purposes.

        • Commercial use, unauthorized recording, or redistribution of any course content is prohibited.

      6. Disclaimers

        • DTA provides guidance, strategies, and knowledge based on experience and expertise. However, results may vary depending on individual effort, circumstances, and execution.

        • DTA does not guarantee specific financial, business, or career outcomes.

      7. Limitation of Liability

        • DTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

        • In no event shall DTA’s total liability exceed the fees paid by the participant for the respective course or program.

      8. Force Majeure

        • DTA shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or technical failures.

      9. Amendments

        • DTA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms, Policies, or Services at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the official website and shall be binding immediately.

      10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

        • These Terms and all related policies shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.

        • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
